Currency Conversations
BLK MED is based in the United States and by default all of our prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars ($). Do not fret. The bank that issued your card will determine the exchange rate for your currency. You also have the option of using Paypal at checkout which can do a Currency Conversion for you as well.
International Shipping
International orders will vary from $8.95 up to $14.95. You may be required to pay additional custom fees and taxes. Orders are always processed on our business days which are Monday through Friday and occassionally on weekends - Holidays are excluded. Orders usually take two to five business days to be processed and set out to ship; however, please allow up to ten days processing time. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your USPS customs number. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which usually will take anywhere between 14 to 30 days to deliver. Please note: Delivery is expected three to five days after the processing time not order placement. We hold no responsibility for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by the USPS. We will contact you directly by email if we cause any delay in the shipping of your purchase.
